Key job responsibilities
* Drive the technical design, review, and implementation of privacy, fraud, and abuse (PFA) related initiatives across engineering and data analytics teams.
* Use data to conduct analysis and measure business performance, and use your findings to prioritize efforts to meet goals.
* Conduct effective planning to support business objectives by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of Prime Video technologies.
* Translate security and privacy controls to technical and non-technical partners.
* Design, deploy, and automate benchmarking to security and privacy controls in AWS.
* Drive security and privacy efforts to enable Prime Video to enter regulated markets, identify gaps for continuous improvement and action.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related discipline, or 10+ years’ equivalent technology experience
* 5+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of delivery following Project Management principles
* 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 7+ years of experience with working directly with engineering teams
* 5+ years of software development experience
* Experience managing programs across functional teams, designing new processes and coordinating release schedules.
* Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
* Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
* Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Accredited project management certification or 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in all project management disciplines. This includes managing projects across engineering and expert teams, building scalable processes and coordinating go-to-market releases.
* Experience with defining and reporting KPI's and other metrics used to monitor large businesses operations.
* Proven experience with process improvement, team building, and strategic development.
* Understanding of core information security and Privacy and associated risk management principles.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to drive innovation independently.
* Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

A day in the life
You will manage concurrent projects, and work with product and engineering teams from initiation to deployment, being responsible for the security and privacy throughout the development lifecycle, interfacing with key stakeholders and driving programs to secure an exceptional customer experience.

This includes finding new ways to streamline and scale security and privacy initiatives across Prime Video, collaborating with different functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

About the team
This position is part of a team within the Amazon Prime Video READI (Resilience, Availability & Demand Insights) organization.

The team includes software developing, privacy , and data analysis functions that work together to meet security and privacy requirements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
