In this role, you will support GBITS in evaluating performance against goals, opportunities for growth, areas to invest, and success factors of new initiatives, utilizing various CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed. You will identify areas of optimization to benefit multiple initiatives. Additionally, you will support the day-to-day execution of the business across multiple partner-facing growth initiatives and experiments.

You will need to have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to solve problems, design and implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. You will have a talent for deriving success metrics in new spaces. You should have a proven work ethic that drives the desired results.

In this role, you will be a key member of the GBITS business team ensuring the GBITS leadership team has the necessary information to operate and execute efficiently. You will provide reporting and dashboards to enable informed and insightful business influencing decisions. You will analyze initiatives and processes and provide recommendations for improvement. You will build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes. You will have oral and written communication skills enabling you to dive deep into the data to find answers, and to summarize the data into a logical analysis that ensures all stakeholders are informed.





Key job responsibilities
Drive the evolution and enhancement of operations tools and applications, develop key partner reporting systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve market development objectives.

Collaborate with Business Partners to develop automation and enhancement of regular reporting for the broader business.

Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, supporting the quantitative analysis of the performance of our partner teams and internal stakeholders.

Develop relationships and partner with finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues
Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed.

Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, strategy, business operations, sales operations, program operations, or similar role in a corporate environment supporting a global hi-tech or global system integrator organization
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
