The Senior Program Manager, Data & AI Partner GTM will be part of the exciting space of Data & GenAI, focusing on helping scale this rapidly growing business. This role will own key business management and strategy mechanisms for the organization, proposing and managing worldwide initiatives and mechanisms to create, accelerate, and launch generative AI opportunities with partners and customers while helping to inform and manage the business.

In this role, you will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members across various teams, departments, and geographies/time zones. Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with executive-level communication/narratives, and the ability to foster trust across roles and levels in the organization are essential. You must also be comfortable operating with ambiguity, leveraging data to unlock business insights for leaders, and proactively identifying and solving for blockers and challenges.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will interface with AWS Sales, Technical, Finance, Enablement, and Business Development leaders, providing exciting visibility and scope to think big and invent & simplify for internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends in the business, gaining insights into wins and losses, and helping to inform the most senior leadership at AWS. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we go-to-market with our Data & GenAI offerings, identifying ways to improve our solutions for customers, and rapidly scaling the business.

This role will require managing large, complex initiatives, dealing with ambiguity, balancing speed with quality, and advocating on behalf of the customer to provide high-performance solutions. Key job responsibilities
- Be a key resource to the Data & AI GTM leadership and the extended team
- Own our business mechanisms and cadence
- Contribute to GTM strategy, including insights from data and observations
- Write Amazon internal business documents effectively and clearly, using anecdotes and data to share insights
- Proactively dive deep into available data to unlock insights and monitor health of initiatives
- Drive alignment, foster discussion, and ensure success of key initiatives and objectives across global stakeholders
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Partners and other Specialists to align priorities.
- Work closely with global stakeholders on innovative solutions to scale customer assistance mechanisms
- Host weekly interlocks with sales and technical leaders across all teams assisting customers, and foster collaboration and learning with this audience
- Monitor GTM execution and ensure that we executve with the highest levels of quality and in line with our business goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience influencing and driving alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders and teams globally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Understanding of Generative AI solutions and sales cycles

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
