This role requires a collaborative, cross-functional approach, as the Sales Operations team works closely with stakeholders globally to identify gaps, scale enablement initiatives, and ensure field managers are well-prepared to have impactful and meaningful conversations with customers. By curating centralized enablement resources, scaling effective coaching programs, and developing robust organizational frameworks, the Sales Operations team aims to enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of field managers, ultimately contributing to improved team performance, higher adoption of AWS solutions, and better customer outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Provide field managers with easy access to all the necessary tools, content, and information required for them to be effective in their roles. This includes developing and maintaining a centralized repository of enablement resources, such as training materials, best practices, sales playbooks, and customer success stories.
• Improve field managers' productivity and their ability to align their teams' efforts with strategic business goals. This may involve designing and implementing organizational frameworks, performance management systems, and data-driven insights that enable field managers to make informed decisions and optimize their teams' activities.
• Enhance field managers' coaching and change management capabilities, empowering them to better support and develop their teams. This could include designing and delivering tailored training programs, facilitating peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to field managers.
• Enable the successful implementation and global adoption of the enablement initiatives developed by the Sales Operations team. This may involve collaborating with regional and local stakeholders to customize and localize the enablement programs, as well as providing support and guidance during the rollout and adoption phases.

About the team
The Global Enablement Programs leader is responsible for working backwards from the field needs to define the enablement strategy within a highly matrixed organization. They ensure relevance and adoption of our global roster of programs, continue to evolve and develop state-of-the-art enablement programs, and scale new programs, all whilst hiring and developing the best builders and leaders within the organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
