Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on a hunt for a Sr. Campaign Manager, Segments to be part of a team that's shaping the future of how AWS connects with key customer segments.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for: 1/ developing the annual strategic marketing plan for campaigns, 2/ co-developing targeting strategy with audiences and geographies, 3/ co-developing global solution campaigns that integrate global programs and associated content, 4/ monitoring and optimizing performance/progress to goal, 5/ own integration of content within other marketing campaigns and programs including defining and measuring success.

The ideal candidate is experienced in building new marketing programs, including using data to identify opportunities, collaborating across functional teams, and implementing marketing programs. They will work with other teams including Campaign Managers and Product Marketing to influence and coordinate plans. They will work with the wider marketing organization to identify opportunities to integrate audience content into other teams’ activities. They will be responsible for reporting on progress to goals and to adapt to the changing needs of the business when necessary.

Key job responsibilities
- Leads the creation of integrated marketing plans and calendar based on business priorities, new content/curriculum, trends, and region needs/analysis
- Responsible for managing strategic marketing execution aligned closely with go-to-market (eg. emerging regions, localization, etc.)
- Drives ROI meetings — analyzing gaps to goal and opportunities to further scale what’s working, in partnership with Product, Curriculum, Sales and Marketing
- Stakeholder management and extended marketing team integration and activation: making sure that extended teams are aware of, and have access to self-serve messaging and assets.
- Leads internal communication on integrated marketing, collaborating with Campaign Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and etc.
- Track, monitor and analyze results and optimize iteratively based on market behavior and needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in A/B testing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
