The Seattle Site Lead is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for our guests, which are executive level customers of AWS. This includes leading our Seattle Briefing Program Managers and working closely with vendors, identifying areas of improvement to the site or our processes, and measuring and improving the quality of the customer experiences while on site. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to build strong partnerships. They have excellent project management skills, strong communication skills, and have experience delivering results across strategic and tactical program initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broaden use of Amazon’s cloud computing platform within the enterprise, SMB, and startup communities. The ideal candidate will possess a background that enables them to drive executive level engagements and communicate the benefits of AWS to C-level executives, engineering teams, and IT management.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end briefing planning process for executive briefings hosted in the Seattle, WA Executive Briefing Center
• Hire and develop a world class team.
• Drive the strategy and evolution of the SEA Executive Briefing program experience
• Effectively develop process and tooling to support the program growth and scale.
• Create scalable process improvements to ensure a world-class experience for our internal teams and guests.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to manage leadership reviews, team meetings, and post briefing debriefs
• Identity opportunity to continually raise the bar for stakeholders by driving YoY process improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment and can independently remove blockers and make decisions quickly and autonomously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or AWS technology solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
