Key job responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of projects and workstreams at varying stages of maturity and complexity, balancing short- and long-term priorities and deadlines.
* Develop project narratives, landscape analyses, playbooks, workplans, budget spending plans, and communications artifacts (e.g. newsletters and white papers).
* Lead project procurement (SOWs, RFPs, bid analysis, selection, payment), metric tracking, and project status reviews.
* Facilitate collaboration between SRI programs and cross-cutting functions through proactive communication, identifying and addressing blockers, and driving coordination mechanisms.
* Support strategy, content, and operational planning for SRI’s event activations, including SRI off-sites, AWS corporate events, and external conferences.
* Draft narrative content and data analysis for org-level business reviews and operational plans (OP1/2, 3YP).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Demonstrated interest in social impact and/or social innovation work
- Track record of scoping and managing projects and workstreams in a corporate environment
- Experience executing cross-functional projects and workstreams without supervisory authority
- Able to manage and respond to organizational and strategic change
- Demonstrated experience in writing for executive audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or equivalent in business, social innovation or a related field
- Experience as Program Manager, Operations Lead, Business Development, or related role
- Exposure to corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, or a related field
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
