Key job responsibilities
• Responsible for designing, building, executing, analyzing, tracking, and continuously improving marketing review processes and driving operational excellence within the Enterprise marketing team.
• Identify and implement comprehensive Marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Use external customer and market research, internal data, and models to create, compare, and predict trends, identify issues, and forecast gaps in strategy and future goal attainment
• Facilitate regular cadence of meetings to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and drive goal achievement
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to leadership, providing regular progress updates and actionable recommendations
• Align with Marketing reporting and analysis teams, writing business requirements documentation to ensure effective measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various tools, teams, lead generation processes. Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis in response to management requests
• Lead annual planning as well as monthly and quarterly business review cycles, ensuring good communication and organization across the team, as well as taking the lead to write the business reviews and annual plans.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, marketing automation, and sales productivity teams to ensure data quality and cleanliness within various tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Uberflip, Salesforce.com ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, system configurations, and processes, while driving continuous improvement within the dynamic AWS ecosystem
• Drive team-wide adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement
• Build a tracking and reporting structure for managing the team’s annual budget and periodically report out on operational spend against forecast to ensure there are no overages or underspending

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
