The AWS Global Partner Investment and Incentive Team is seeking a Global Investment Operation and Delivery Leader that can lead a team of program and product managers driving operation ownership of cross organizational and functional operations and process improvement. The team is responsible for defining and owning end-to-end business process for partner facing funding program benefits aligning with global and in-geo partner, integration as a mechanism for delivery of all AWS funding benefits to Partners. You will have people management experience in building and leading the team with direct accountability for team deliverables, taking ownership of complex cases and tasks from internal stakeholders and external partners, reacting effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment. You will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about financial products, operational risks, and program challenges with the ability to drive execution of program initiatives and process improvement to operate at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Manage a team of Support Agents responsible for managing end-to-end operations process for the AWS Partner Network.
Lead others, further develop exceptional talent, and encourage the teams to challenge assumptions.
Champion recruiting efforts across the network to continually hire and develop the best.
Recommend, develop, and implement policies and requirements that guide the team to operate at scale.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop process and project plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
- Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
