The ISCaP team is looking for an exceptional Tech Infrastructure Program Manger to help us build on this mission as the volume of products, services, and locations continues to grow. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in ambiguity, is very customer obsessed, focused on operational excellence and is willing to take high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, make data driven decisions, and apply good judgement to manage escalations, competing priorities, and deliverables is essential to this role. Successful candidates will be able to balance think big with realities of delivering on customer promises today. They will also have excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, and the ability to break down complex problems with no clear answers (and at times, conflicting data) into simple, innovative solutions and/or clear, measurable implementation plans.

Key job responsibilities
- Work cross functionally and lead the development of a 13-week master schedule.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive the production schedule.
- Review the forecast and use judgment to assess planned quantity and specs.
- Monitor data integrity and lead data clean up whenever needed
- Work with teams on any needed system optimization
- Creation of standard work / stand sequence of planning process
- Understand the capacity and throughput of each part of the process / ensure balancing of the orders forecast.
- Report metrics on demand forecast accuracy, orders on-time-delivery and WIP inventory
- Partner with the fulfillment team on initiatives to drive lead (and cycle) time reduction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related quantitative discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, implementation, and project execution.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating, iterating, and improving end-to-end global supply chains.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
- Advanced knowledge of global supply chains.
- 3+ years professional experience (in high technology or consumer electronics).
- Experience with supply chain modeling and other statistical analysis tools Advanced knowledge of data center products and their global supply chains.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certified.
- Experience leading and/or participating in S&OE and S&OP meetings.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
