As part of the AWS Infrastructure organization, Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) prepares for, plans, and builds the data centers that comprise the AWS cloud.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to work alongside a talented team of Technical Infrastructure Program Managers, Business Development executives, Construction Program managers and Energy PMs to help us deliver Data Center Capacity for our customers worldwide. The role will involve working in a fast paced environment and you will be leading programs to drive operational excellence and process improvements across a number of cross functional projects.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive performance of key goals / metrics across the team.
- Understand key processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Deep dive misses to understand root causes and put in place long term solutions/ fixes.
- Present findings/ recommendations and goal performance in Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Economics, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).or equivalent related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
