As a Program Security Officer, you will own the execution of multiple security disciplines in support of fast-moving operations and manage a wide array of projects designed to protect personnel, National Security Information, and critical infrastructure from insider and external threats. You must be able to operate independently to manage security projects, continuously triage and prioritize accordingly, communicate clearly and compellingly. This position will also support access and scheduling requests and enablement.
Key job responsibilities
Develop comprehensive risk assessments and security strategies for international operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and protocols.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in non-FVEY countries.
Provide guidance on compliance with local and international security standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with local security partners and government agencies.
Security Clearance : This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS/SCI.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years in international security analysis or related field Strong knowledge of geopolitical landscapes and security challenges in non-FVEY countries.
2+ years with NIST800-53, ISO270001, and other foreign government security regulations.
3+ years in an analytical, Program Security Officer/CPSO/Security Specialist/Security Manager capacity in which duties required interpreting and implementing requirements within the personnel, industrial, and physical security disciplines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Data Protection and Privacy Laws: Understanding and compliance with local data protection regulations.
Export Control Regulations:
Knowledge of export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), to ensure compliance when dealing with sensitive information or technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel internationally as required.

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,500/year in our highest geographic market.
