The Talent Management (TM) Program Manager role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for all things talent in a complex and growing global businesses, Ring, Blink, Key, Sidewalk (RBKS) and Project Kuiper (Amazon’s Low Earth Orbit Satellite Program). This individual will work with RBKS & Kuiper HRBPs and Talent Management Centers of Excellence to create and execute org-wide Talent initiatives and projects.

Ring, Blink, Amazon Key and Amazon Sidewalk (RBKS) operate in an exciting space of providing customers with peace of mind, utility, and convenience. Since its launch in 2012, Ring has become the global leader in residential security, and Blink leads through low-cost easy-to-use smart security devices, with an industry leading 2-year battery life. Amazon Key provides remote and secure access to residential and commercial spaces, and Amazon Sidewalk is working towards providing seamless connectivity to devices beyond customers’ homes.

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit. Their goal is to provide fast, reliable, affordable internet to unserved and under-served places around the world. This role will report to the Principal HRBP, Kuiper Production Operations. The role will primarily focus on creating and executing customized Talent strategies, programs and initiatives. They will partner closely with our Devices & Services HR COEs (TM, L&D, Analytics, DEI), Amazon Global Talent Management and DEI COE, HR leaders and business leaders to drive adoption of central Talent initiatives (Learning Steam goals, Talent processes).

Key job responsibilities
• Support growing organizations in the design of their job infrastructure, including conducting job code deep dive reviews and driving job code creations or changes when needed.
• Execute PXT infrastructure initiatives that set up the Kuiper Production Operations for scale.
• Develop Talent Optimization strategies to uncover niche talent needs and build talent and organizational effectiveness solutions.
• Create, launch, facilitate, and manage Line Talent initiatives such as Manager Capability.
• Program manage and own end-to-end existing talent management programs built in Amazon Devices or the GTM team.
• Drive adoption of central requirements for Talent and Learning and Development goals by staying closely connected to Devices and Global COEs and putting in place an operating and/or change management plan as needed.
• Provide expertise and partnership in the areas of org design and org effectiveness.
•Build and execute an annual Talent operating plan for RBKS and Kuiper programs and ensuring that plan incorporates central talent mechanisms and schedules.
• Build connections with the broader Amazon TM network and look for innovation ways to solve business needs, such as experimentation, or new tools/technologies (from other Amazon orgs) to consistently raise the bar on Talent initiatives and drive consistency as we scale.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Proven project management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation, data visualization, and facilitation skills
- Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail
- Ability to use data to solve business problems
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately on time sensitive matters, and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
