We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take ownership of the 3P Partner Operations and Enablement programs and provide high impact tools and resources to help our teams deliver results! The right individual will have a passion for creating structured and timely content to create consistent learning opportunities for the global partners. This role will work closely with various stakeholders across Kuiper to develop offerings that ensure the organization is well-equipped with the resources, training, and knowledge to accelerate our channel business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales support/enablement role
- 2+ years program management skills to develop and execute large-scale projects with minimal supervision
- 2+ years of experience delivering to diverse audiences; strong presentation skills
- BS/BA Degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience leading or supporting a global team
- Solid understanding of learning tools
- Experience creating content for a sales audience
- Sales or partner management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
