This role will be responsible for supporting the test team to ensure that tests are conducted in compliance with industry standards as well as internal work instructions. We are currently in research and development but moving towards production environment.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent- 4+ years relevant aerospace manufacturing experience- 4+ years of hands-on work experience Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/ or Harness Integration experience- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware- 4+ years of hand on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches)Additional Requirements:- Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
