As Sr. Program Manager, Flex Pricing you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Flex pricing strategy. You will build a holistic vision to ensure that our pricing is competitive and meets business objectives. You will generate insights and partner with cross-functional teams to build automated pricing tools to scale our pricing models. You will optimize pricing decisions by building and maintaining new processes. You will be obsessed with the delivery partner experience, ensuring that we are developing the right pricing strategy and tools to deliver on business needs.

Key job responsibilities
- Build, implement, and maintain pricing strategies for new and existing businesses.
- Build a scalable and logical process, utilizing historical data, that balances business needs.
- Adjust and maintain pricing levers to optimize the Flex business.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and partners on pricing strategy, methodology, and business impact.
- Work cross-functionally to drive pricing strategy alignment and build tools to automate strategic pricing decisions.
- Build a strong partnership with cross-functional teams to build automated tools and pricing strategies.
- Develop and analyze operational dashboards to identify areas of opportunity and address pre-defined as well as ad-hoc business questions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
