We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and influential Sr. Program Manager to drive the Seller Experience for AWD. The successful candidate has program management experience and skills to manage high-visibility escalations. This candidate must be professional and comfortable in engaging sellers, driving complex issues to resolution and summarizing outcomes for VP-level review. We are looking for someone who is detail-driven, and has excellent problem solving and communication abilities.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Sr. Program Manager will include Seller escalation tracking & resolution, leading high-visibility seller escalation coordination, compiling VP summaries, identifying campaigns to drive adoption and identifying critical sellers to provide step-by-step support. This role drives the AWD Voice of Seller program, consolidating anecdotes across teams and surfacing key pain points to drive the product roadmap and operational improvements. This role is responsible for the following actions which feed team goals:
- Increase seller adoption of critical sellers by reducing friction with white glove issue support
- Monitor seller forum and social media posts, providing responses within SLA
- Increase existing seller adoption through proactive identification of inbound/replen opportunities which can be solved with outreach campaigns and seller engagement
- Produce Voice of Seller weekly/monthly program report outs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
