Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience. Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity, accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers. Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance. Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain and fulfillment operations. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for building customer facing products that simplify the ability of our sellers to operate their business on Amazon marketplace, unlocking their true fulfilment potential. With a goal to improve customer and seller experience at every opportunity, this individual will work backwards from customer needs to reduce Seller friction, and in turn empower them to better control their business through our suite of products.
About the team
Amazon’s Seller Fulfillment Services team builds products/software to help the hundreds of thousands of Amazon Sellers ship their orders from their own warehouses directly to our Customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
