We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Salesforce in our Last Mile organization. The NA DSP Salesforce team works backwards from DSP performance to support the business strategy by designing tools to drive DSP improvement at scale. In this role, you will maximize the value Last Mile derives from Salesforce by leading and implementing strategic projects to enhance our Salesforce org. You will establish mechanisms to increase platform adoption, identify risk, and maintain a high bar for delivering reliable and secure solutions that work backwards from customer needs. This role will be the conduit between the business stakeholders and the Salesforce tech team to deliver improved internal and external workflows through the creation of new features, key data sets and enhanced reporting mechanisms to improve Salesforce user experience.

Key job responsibilities
• Define and improve strategies for how to optimize Salesforce usage in Last Mile
• Develop and deliver on a coherent strategy, including design, user requirements, market assessments, scalable delivery plan, and adoption strategy
• Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives.
• Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners and program teams
• Recommend new product features, workflows, and ideas to influence Salesforce platform adoption and utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve tools and productivity
• Identify risks that threaten project success and develop mitigation plans
• Gather business requirements, conduct business process analysis, and manage complex CRM projects.
• Take ownership in driving new feature development through every stage of the product life cycle and deliver incremental value
• Act as product champion and establish effective relationships with key partners


About the team
At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. To achieve this goal, we partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses (Delivery Service Providers) and the independent contractor community (Amazon Flex) to deliver customer orders. Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking, our Delivery Station teams ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination as efficiently as possible.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce CRM products and experience with implementing Salesforce CRM improvement projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Hold a Salesforce system admin certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
