The Americas DSP team partners with entrepreneurial individuals who manage their own delivery businesses across Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the US. Together, we build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity so that Amazon can continue to delight customers with fast, efficient, and bar raising fulfillment of their orders. The Country Parity, Expansions and Integrations (CPE&I) team focuses on driving Parity, Expansions, and Integrations with other Last Mile channels across Brazil, Canada and Mexico. The North Star goal is to improve DSP Quality. Quality partners operate safely and reliably, meet performance standards, take a long-term view of their business relationship with Amazon as they engage with the program, adhere to program policies, and manage healthy businesses.

This position will play a key role in scaling and standardizing the program across Canada, Brazil and Mexico. This role requires the ability to think both strategically and tactically, meaning you are not only able to develop and drive high-level product based initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. We are also seeking talent with strong written and verbal communication, as well as strong analytical skills. You should be able to influence across the organization, including senior leadership. Key job responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
- Work autonomously, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions·
- Work with program managers, business leaders, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Communicate with senior management on status, risks/opportunities and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive interaction skills are essential.
- Lead programs from the idea inception to implementation and manage multiple, competing projects and effectively prioritize them
- Partner with cross-functional teams to action end-to-end network initiatives while maintaining or improving customer experience
- Work closely with partner teams and stakeholders in and outside your organization to deliver; partner with teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- See around corners, make trade-offs, and design a solution that is appropriately simple and delivers on goals across organizations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Spanish and/or Portuguese Fluency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
