We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Campaign Manager to support an new start-up transportation business as we scale up in the US. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across paid and organic media, paid search, events, and webinars to drive highly qualified leads for sales. Key job responsibilities
• Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns that demand generation and volume growth for Amazon Shipping.
• Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
• Create evergreen programs with continuous testing and optimization to create awareness, drive consideration, and generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.
• Utilize customer buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-touch engagement programs.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives with 3Ps, including negotiating placements, customer journeys, and campaign delivery.
• Develop rich, bar-raising content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
• Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
A day in the life
During campaign development you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and partners, including Product, Field, Brand, and Segment Marketing teams, as well as agencies, to develop campaign strategy and supporting content. You will then work in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Commercial, and Paid/Owned Channel Marketing to activate and launch the campaign. Post launch, you will track campaign results and report weekly and monthly performance to key stakeholders. You will highlight performance against goals, identify risks, challenges, and areas of opportunity, as well as campaign optimizations to be implemented based on insights garnered from data.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
