Key job responsibilities

- Build, maintain, improve, and operate supply chain optimization and simulation models in partnership with SCOT and MOP internal data analytics teams while considering tradeoffs between network speed, cost, product mix, and performance across NA for a regionalized network.
- Own VP level goals on Last Mile Cost per package improvements and jurisdiction optimization across all NA delivery stations.
- Scope requirements and integrate new business initiatives into existing operations and develop weekly/monthly station level flows and metrics.

This will lead to informed and cost-effective capacity planning, balancing cost and service quality for better customer experiences.
- Communicate the network design and strategic visions through whitepapers, influencing leadership teams across retail, sellers, transportation operations, technology, and planning.
- Less than 10% travel required.
