Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization powers the systems behind getting products to customers faster, cheaper, and more reliably. The Customer eXperience Impressions (CXI) team is SCOT’s lens into the customer experience, ensuring that every supply chain decision, whether it is forecasting demand, optimizing inventory placement, or accelerating delivery, aligns with what matters most to customers. We design and build systems that process terabytes of data daily, capturing customer interactions at scale and enabling real time decisions and experimentation. These insights drive smarter and faster decisions that shape the way Amazon delivers joy to millions of customers worldwide.

We thrive on the challenge of working with immense complexity and scale. We do not just observe the world; we create tools and products that allow teams across Amazon to experiment, learn, and act with precision. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving deep into data, enjoys building robust logging frameworks, and is excited by the idea of creating experimentation platforms that influence decisions at Amazon’s scale.
