The Worldwide Flex DP Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Driver Research Manager. The team relentlessly advocates on behalf of Amazon Flex DPs to continually improve their experience of delivering with Amazon Flex. We listen wherever DPs speak, and leverage data and anecdotes to influence the prioritization, creation, and refinement of products, program, policies and services designed to delight our DPs. This is a research role for a leader who can work independently on global quantitative and qualitative projects with diverse internal stakeholders across the business. The job will span E2E management of both custom projects sponsored by stakeholders to prepare for feature launches and monthly tracking studies that cover broad sentiment trends across the business.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with business, marketing and operations stakeholders to define and execute custom research tools that improve the Amazon Flex Delivery Partner Experience.
• Plan and conduct a regular cadence of focus groups and surveys at both strategic and highly tactical grains.
• End-to-end ownership of key feedback mechanisms and insights; including deep dives with driver populations and other subgroups through the ongoing In-App Question program dataset.
• Deliver holistic research studies to VP level audience and multiple product and technology teams, synthesizing inputs from multiple listening channels so that leadership can ingest single source of truth to prioritize resources in right areas.
• Own operations for asking daily research questions from millions of drivers worldwide, enabling various quantitative insights for worldwide operations, program and tech teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
