Are you interested in accelerating the growth of a program unlocking step-change efficiencies in Amazon and vendor supply chains? Vendor Flex is a program that creates value for our vendors, customers, and supply chain by operating small-scale fulfillment centers co-located in vendor warehouse space. We are looking for a Program Manager who is responsible for negotiating vendor terms, managing vendor relationships, and inventing how to scale the optimization of Vendor Flex sites. The Program Manager designs long-term strategies and mechanisms to simplify negotiations, create predictable processes with internal stakeholders and vendors tracking to launch, and drive program growth with executive-level visibility.
Key job responsibilities
- Facilitate 30 launches/year from prospective to approved, partnering with internal support stakeholders ranging from Operations and Design to Legal and Finance
- Design programmatic solutions to challenges that unlock future scale
- Engage with a range of senior leaders from across both Amazon and external vendors, exhibiting a high degree of discretion and judgement
- Make prioritization and trade-off decisions with little oversight while managing to timelines and partner teams, effectively surfacing debates where needed or driving inspection through the mechanisms you create to anticipate and fix recurring blockers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
