There are over 2500 Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) that delight customers everyday as the chief delivery option in the North America Last Mile space. We launched the Enhanced Capacity Planning, or ECP, product in 2020 so that capacity decisions moved from being decided locally to being centralized, automated, optimized, and transparent to DSPs across North America. Launching ECP has led to an incremental 300MM+ annual packages being delivered by the customer promise date. This role would own ECP launch strategy as we both refine how it is leveraged in North America, expand it to new business lines like Sub Same-Day delivery, and new geographies like Latin America and Europe.

- Partner with tech/engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for downstream teams and 3rd party business partners
- Lead strategic implementation emerging programs and geographies, including orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between program and technical teams to ensure products are launch-ready
- Create mechanisms and guardrails to help DSP partners best adapt to demand fluctuation in the short, medium, and long term
- Work cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to drive influence in capacity planning and management.

About the team
Team members need to both know their data and know their partner teams. Everyone on this team needs to partner with upstream partners to understand what drives volume variability. But after that they need to earn trust with downstream partner teams to build alignment on our strategies to fulfill needed volume. The team is always encouraged to not just find band-aids to one off problems, but think about how to build new mechanisms to solve the global underlying issue.
