This role will also be responsible for working backwards from customer needs to develop solutions and capabilities that make Amazon's Supply Chain efficient and spin the flywheel faster. This leader will drive high-impact and high-visibility solutions by partnering with multiple stakeholder teams to shape network strategy. In addition, this leader will own the incubation and execution of innovative supply chain management capabilities. The goal is to improve and enhance the end to end supply chain network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and execution.
- Build new mechanisms to enable coordination and scale for initiatives within Supply Chain Innovation Org.
- Ensure implementation is aligned with program goals and requirements; make necessary adjustments.
- Act as customer proxy to test and measure against success criteria.
- Partner with teams across SCOT, ATS, NACF Ops, and GSC to set and deliver ambitious goals.
- Define metrics to be tracked and own audit of program performance.
- Identify process gaps through deep dive of metrics and make operational improvements (e.g., automation, self-service, etc.).
- Write clear BRDs and functional requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
