A day in the life
As a Customer Success Manager II, you'll start your day reviewing shipper performance data and preparing for strategic meetings. You might collaborate with product teams to address a shipper's unique needs, then lead a workshop to help a key account optimize their operations. In the afternoon, you could mentor a junior colleague, analyze program metrics for a leadership presentation, or brainstorm new success strategies with your peers. Your day concludes by following up on critical shipper issues, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 4+ years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable business improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in customer success, consulting, or supply chain management
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces, particularly in a B2B environment
- Track record of implementing innovative solutions that have significantly improved customer operations or performance
- Familiarity with Amazon's ecosystem, seller/vendor processes, or similar complex business environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
