Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
Hub Delivery is looking for a Compliance Manager to develop, integrate and execute global strategies, policies, programs, procedures, standards, training and processes to ensure the compliance of Hub partners and delivery associates. This individual is also expected to drive end-to-end improvements and automation in our compliance reporting pipelines. They will work across the organization to establish requirements where they don’t currently exist, drive cross-functional process changes, and facilitate leadership alignment when needed, to deliver granular compliance insights and raise the bar on compliance performance.
Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with Amazon legal, business, and engineering stakeholders to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks
- Reporting current state and potential changes to the status quo to Sr. Leaders on a regular cadence
- Developing a deep understanding of the business and internal programs, processes, and systems and identifying discrete programs, processes, or features to improve our program to address risks
- Recognizing patterns and developing short - mid- and long-term strategic plans to address those patterns
- Anticipating challenges/obstacles the business would encounter while expanding geographies.
- Thinking Big - and injecting new, innovative ways of thinking into the program

Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! Today, we are building our network in Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain and the US, while planning for global reach!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
