BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in international logistics, international freight forwarding, e-commerce, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing relationships with enterprise-level clients in diverse industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives for enterprise-level clients
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes typical of global market leaders
- Familiarity with the specific needs and expectations of multi-national companies in international trade, logistics and e-commerce

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $127,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
