We are looking for data-driven Account Managers to seek out new growth opportunities for Global Mile. Join and help us solve real-world problems, streamline inefficiencies, and provide logistics support for our Sellers.

This role requires a sales and business development background to successfully identify and convert new opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. Account Managers will be talking with Sellers on a daily basis and developing pipeline management plans based on bold Units, onboarding and conversion goals. This role works in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Sellers for Global Mile’s suite of logistics services to meet or exceed sales targets (Sellers launched, volume, revenue, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for account growth by having a thorough understanding of Amazon’s diversified service offerings
- Program management responsibilities to improve and build upon the Seller experience
- Proactively consult with FBA Sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutions-based selling
- Build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders through remote and face-to-face meetings
- Ownership of Account Management activities including forecasting, operational troubleshooting, seller education, etc, which may include tracking and analyzing metrics to measure Seller Experience and business performance
- Ownership of operational requirements related to onboarding new sellers to Global Mile (e.g. raising tickets internally, ad hoc tasks, etc.)

About the team
Formed in 2020, the US Account Management Team within Global Mile works closely with FBA sellers providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics products & services. Our objective over the next few years is to scale our global supply chain program for FBA Sellers and deliver a logistics experience they love.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Program or project management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor Degree required, ideally in a quantitative field, logistics, or business administration
- Experience in Logistics sales
- Experience delivering results in an account management function
- Proficiency in SQL or Python
- Presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Competitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box
- Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect in both online and face-to-face environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
