We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and influential Sr. Program Manager to drive the Operations Experience for AWD. The successful candidate has program management and operations experience. This candidate must be an effective partner, as they will need to drive issue resolution and experience improvements through Operations partners. This candidate must be able to navigate ambiguity and new program launches. We are looking for someone who is detail-driven, and has excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Sr. Program Manager (Ops Experience) will include Seller escalation tracking & resolution, defect reduction, provide the business perspective for new product and site launches. This role drives seller-facing support for Multi-Channel Distribution (MCD), creating processes, investigation paths and policies to support pilots and launches. This role is responsible for the following actions which feed team goals:
- Improve Tier-2 level escalation resolution SLA where unknown ops issues and or Ops actions are required
- Own the seller experience & related KPIs (TILT, TOLT, etc.) in partnership with Supply Chain
- Reduce Ops defect and repeat Ops issue type barriers for sellers in partnership with Product/SCI
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
