Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record of delivery and proven experience in project and product management to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.

You will establish and lead a suite of audit products for Last Mile Fleet Maintenance and Repair, integrating data analytics, risk management, fraud detection, and controllership practices. In this role you will explore the application of data algorithms to detect outliers, anomalies, and potential risks, ensuring that Amazon’s fleet operations maintain the highest standards of efficiency and accountability.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement a robust Audit Program to monitor and assess Maintenance and Repair operations across the fleet.
• Establish mechanisms to identify and mitigate risks, including operational inefficiencies, fraud, and compliance gaps.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to address systemic challenges, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.

A day in the life
This leader will work with all stakeholders in the Last Mile Fleet Team, Fleet Management Companies, Delivery Service Providers, third-party service providers, and internal stakeholders to manage all leadership escalations and drive new initiatives to continuously improve the customer experience.

This position requires experience in strong data analytics, product/program management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Amazon Logistics’ mission is to provide the best last mile customer experience delivering each package to the customer’s doorstep through a choice of innovative delivery options. To provide this customer experience, Amazon Logistics works closely with Last Mile Delivery Service Partners who operate and manage a fleet of vehicles and drivers. Fleet maintenance is a significant “area of opportunity”, as current options are often inefficient, ineffective, and more expensive than they should be. To mitigate these challenges, we are developing and launching transformative programs to ease the burden of fleet maintenance on our Delivery Service Providers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
