As the Chief of Staff for the CEO of Ring, Blink, Key and Sidewalk, you will be a key strategic partner in driving the vision and execution of these innovative connected home brands. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills to support the CEO in managing complex, high-impact initiatives across both organizations.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

* Partner with the CEO to develop and refine strategic plans for Ring and Blink
* Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution
* Identify and analyze key business opportunities and challenges, providing data-driven recommendations

Operational Excellence:

* Optimize CEO's time and focus by managing priorities, communications, and decision-making processes
* Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness
* Coordinate and lead high-priority projects that span multiple teams and functions

Leadership and Communication:

* Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership teams at RBKS and across Amazon
* Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications in partnership with internal communications team
* Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making forums as needed

Performance Management:

* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both brands
* Lead quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes
* Identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions

Innovation and Growth:

* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across both organizations
* Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Support the development and launch of new products and services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- * Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- * MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- * Experience in smart home, IoT, or security technology sectors
- * Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role
- * Strong understanding of Amazon's leadership principles and operational processes
- * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market.
