As a Senior TPM for Kuiper Enterprise Technology, you will be responsible for managing releases and deployments across multiple projects across Kuiper enterprise applications suite of SAP systems. You will anticipate bottlenecks, use high judgment to make trade-offs, and balance the business needs with technical constraints. Your ability to understand the big picture of the project inter-dependencies, complex deployment paths, and anticipate and plan schedule dependencies is crucial as well to take large, complex projects, break them into manageable pieces, and deliver timely results is crucial.
Key job responsibilities
• Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users
• Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and team members) to understand the effort needed
• Work with other TPMs in the organization to understand dependencies between parallel projects, plan for schedule overlaps utilization of deployment path and test system refresh needs
• Managing deployments across production and project landscapes (N and N+1 landscapes), complex release and landscape management
• Plan for change management and training related to complex projects
• Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth
• Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
• Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution
• Bring in project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to delivery results
• Earn trust from the engineering team, stakeholders and leadership
• Setup Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
