The Enterprise Technology team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager with technical breadth to scope and lead back-end integration of robotic automation in a Kuiper distribution center. In this role you’ll interface with cross-functional teams including operators, information security, third-party vendors, and multiple IT infrastructure teams. You’ll join a diverse team of systems engineers, software developers, network engineers, and warehouse management systems experts.
Key job responsibilities
In the planning phase of the program, you will dive deep with both vendor and internal teams to discover integration touchpoints, extrapolate tech requirements from business requirements, scope level-of-effort to execute, and deliver an end-to-end technical integration roadmap. In the delivery phase you’ll lead execution against the roadmap, communicating status to executive stakeholders, and coordinate resolution of unforeseen challenges.
Given the multiple tech disciplines involved the desired individual does not need to be an expert in all areas; an aptitude to dive deep and ability learn new tech concepts is important. Systems-level thinking, a passion for simplification, and autonomously navigating a highly ambiguous environment are necessary for success in this role.
Export Control Requirements: Due to the need to access certain federal controlled information, you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
