The Engagement Manager - Partner Governance and Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing robust partner governance and quality assurance processes to enable successful scaling of the ProServe business through partners. This role will be a key driver in improving transparency, quality, and risk reduction in partner delivery.

Key job responsibilities
Develop comprehensive partner governance frameworks, including contract management, performance management, and escalation processes
Establish quality inspection and control mechanisms to monitor partner delivery, identify issues, and drive corrective actions
Design and implement partner capability development programs to ensure consistency in skills, processes, and alignment with company policies and standards
Analyze data from the Correction of Errors (COE) tool to identify common error drivers and policy violations, and develop mitigation strategies
Enhance partner onboarding and vetting processes to better assess and mitigate capability and alignment risks
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in partner performance
Provide dashboards and reports to leadership on partner health, risks, and mitigation actions
Represent the company in partner forums and work to strengthen strategic partnerships

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, quality assurance, or professional services delivery
Strong understanding of professional services delivery models and challenges
Proven track record in developing and implementing governance and quality frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from data
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, quality assurance, or professional services delivery
