A day in the life
This opportunity requires technical, problem-solving, delivering results attitude. Workforce Solutions - TA Product team is looking for a technical leader to play key role operating and enhancing the applications/system/services used in the candidate generation. This position will be responsible for leading the support and operational activities. Core activities will include supporting new programs/projects, creating operational enhancements and technical simplifiers. This role will be responsible for delivering high quality service to Amazon.com's growing global business. The ideal candidate works independently, enjoys tackling ambiguous yet complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has fun while doing it all!
About the team
The Workforce Solutions - TA Product organization is responsible for products enabling job seekers to effectively find the right positions for them and recruiters to quickly identify candidates and move them through our interview process. The team is also responsible for creating and maintaining compliance related activities as per Amazon rules and standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
