We believe that everyone who comes to Amazon should be able to build their career. Amazon Career Choice empowers employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere.

Career Choice transitions associates advance their careers. We do this by building relationships with businesses both internal and external to Amazon to establish hiring partnerships and deeply understand the roles that are in demand. We are looking to hire a highly analytical, creative, systems-thinker with good judgment who can drive results by working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will focus on designing and managing educational programs that are based on employer needs to create seamless pathways to new upwardly mobile career fields.
