Hiring Intelligence team (HIRISE) delivers internal talent acquisition analytics experiences for recruiters and hiring managers alike, across Amazon. The application, Yardstick, serves as a meeting place for users with holistic, fast, and accurate data. Inspections, recommendations, and call to actions throughout the application drive recruiting process improvements. Yardstick retains >95% of the core user population monthly with target market penetration at 70%+.

The Sr. Product Manager Technical will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap and business result delivery for Yardstick. This includes the current expansion efforts, engineering investments, and future customer-facing feature delivery. The Sr. PMT will work across teams of Software Engineers, Data Scientists/Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and UX to deliver a cohesive product that delights customers. The Sr. PMT needs to be comfortable working with high levels of ambiguity and be skilled in effective stakeholder and leadership management. Finally, the Sr. PMT for Yardstick will be working very closely with end customer directly across multiple channels (e.g. Slack, SIM, xBRs, Focus Groups, UX Research, Live Streams).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
