The Role The Veeqo marketing team is seeking a highly technical and analytically skilled Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager with deep MarTech expertise and exceptional data visualization skills to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging advanced marketing technologies, creating impactful dashboards, and developing sophisticated data visualizations to drive data-informed decision-making across the marketing organization. The successful candidate will work closely with technical account reps and internal stakeholders to build and maintain robust reporting dashboards and systems, with a particular emphasis on Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.

This role requires an individual with a deep passion for marketing technology and data visualization, excellent analytical abilities, and outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate should have a keen eye for design and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through visually compelling dashboards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy, technical implementation, and data communication.


Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert for our MarTech stack, with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and internal Data Tools.
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced marketing dashboards using tools such as QuickSite, Metabase, and Excel, integrating data from various marketing channels and MarTech platforms.
- Leverage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to enable deep analysis of customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Design and implement multi-touch attribution models that accurately reflect the impact of various marketing channels and campaigns on business outcomes.
- Create sophisticated, interactive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex marketing insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain API connections between various MarTech tools and data visualization platforms to ensure seamless data flow and up-to-date reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, analytics, and data visualization
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Quicksite, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures in a marketing context
- Strong SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in establishing API connections and integrating various MarTech solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Hands-on experience setting up/onboarding data pipelines and structures for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of various attribution methodologies (e.g., first-touch, last-touch, linear, time decay, data-driven)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
