Are you interested in leveraging your program management skills to join a dynamic team responsible for improving public perception of selling on Amazon worldwide? We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, high-judgment, results-oriented, and inventive Program Manager for a dynamic role that will own strategy and execution of initiatives that ensure that public perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s store is a great place for our Selling Partners to build and maintain thriving businesses. This includes working closely with partner teams such as Public Policy and Public Relations to develop initiatives and mechanisms that support coordinated workstreams.

They can develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but also roll up their sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Strong business judgment, ability to earn trust and influence cross-functional teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are essential. The candidate for this position also embraces ambiguity, ramps quickly on complex issues, and is skilled at communicating complex issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of internal and external audiences.
