The Marketing Analyst will support the development of centralized marketing strategies across ATA and support cross-functional teams to analyze the metrics produced from the strategies. You are a passionate analytics person with a track record of achieving impressive results. You thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build from scratch. You love test and learn innovation. You use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and prepare reports based on internal and external metrics. You think big, but also execute rapidly.
Key job responsibilities
• Maintain robust data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow that supports critical business functions
• Perform quality assurance checks to validate the integrity of data and troubleshoot any issues in data pipelines
• Develop comprehensive reports and maintain existing dashboards to visualize key business metrics and insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Customize dashboard views for various lines of business and central campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific needs
• Analyze and share data with vendors to improve quality of reporting and accuracy of investments
• Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights from complex data sets, contributing to strategy development and business planning
• Support Media planning cycle by providing insights into historical performance and build predictive models to measure future campaign ROI and evaluate efficacy
• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a role providing data for marketing, operational or business planning
- Advanced skills in using MS Excel, SQL working with large datasets, and data visualization tools like Tableau
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Working knowledge of Performance Marketing
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics associated with them
- Experience working with Asana

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
