Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement comprehensive contingent workforce outsourcing strategies to meet future business needs and ensure the availability of necessary skills and capabilities.
• Oversee vendor segmentation strategies, ensuring they deliver scalable, high-quality services that align with GREF’s standards, objectives and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess outsourcing needs and determine the best mix of in-house and outsourced services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic vendors, implementing improvement plans and renegotiating contracts as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends to inform workforce planning and outsourcing decisions, ensuring GREF is well-positioned to meet future challenges.
• Understand and adapt global solutions to align with regional requirements, policies, and nuances.
• Review and approve vendor policies and performance related to contracts, cost savings, SLAs/KPIs, vendor performance receivables, COEs, CAPs, etc..
• Oversight of regional data and nuances associated with vendor procurement strategy.
• Direct acquired companies requesting GREF space and resources through the proper process, from initial request until full integration into GREF’s real estate portfolio.
• Run a global, centralized Help Desk that is staffed by vendors who resolve and escalate GREF-wide facility issues via customer tickets; and provide performance metrics to GREF.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in contract management, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance management
- 5+ years serving as a people manager over a global team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective communicator, able to identify, present, and scale vendor-based solutions to leadership that depict complex risks in a simplified manner.
- Excellent organizational, program, project, and time management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives and scale solutions quickly, in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in procurement and contract performance reports and metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 10+ years of experience in contract and people management
- Previous experience in similar industry a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
