As a member of the GREF team, a regionally based Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Real Estate Integration Manager will be responsible for the management of projects to integrate acquired companies into Amazon’s real estate environment. The M&A Integration Regional Real Estate Manager will be GREF’s main point of contact between GREF Stakeholders, Corporate Development and Amazon cross functional partners for M&A Transactions from due diligence through integration completion. The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Real Estate Integration Manager will be responsible for all real estate within an assigned deal, including real estate outside of region.

• Support the goal of accelerating customer, employee, and business value in Amazon's mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Responsible for the real estate scope of assigned M&A projects including due diligence, strategy, planning and integration, including the coordination of workstream partners, IT and Security.
• Understand the business goals, anticipated headcount projections and any unique space needs to create real estate strategies support of those goals.
• Provide financial estimates and cost planning for acquisition approval, to include in deal approval financials.
• Balance confidentiality with GREF stakeholder engagement in project planning
• Drive the transition of acquired companies’ real estate operations until fully managed as part of GREF’s real estate portfolio.
• Address roadblocks and provide white glove service to ensure optimal customer experience for newly acquired companies
• Report on risks, plans and project status to GREF and business leaders
• Participate in creating program tools, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Effectively work in a matrix reporting structure and ensure mechanisms for knowledge-sharing across regions and organizations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ year experience in real estate strategy, M&A integration, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree

- Effective communicator, able to identify, present, and solutions to leadership that depict complex risks in a simplified manner.
- Excellent organizational, program, project, and time management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives and scale solutions quickly, in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $152,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
