Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of the customer, introducing new ways to manage Amazon's real estate portfolio and employee experience
• Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the GREF IDX product portfolio, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives
• Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders, including executives, to secure buy-in and resources for the GREF IDX product strategy
• Deeply understand the needs of our GREF stakeholders and advocate for the user experience throughout the product development process
• Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders – including technology, product, functional teams, and Executives.
• Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to executives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a technical or business-related field
- Experience in real estate or workplace industry
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
