The Global Real Estate & Facilities Intelligence and Digital Experience (GREF IDX) team empowers GREF with the data they need to make better business decisions, manage the Amazon real estate portfolio and deliver a positive employee experience. We are on a mission to use data to inform where, when and with whom work gets done at Amazon.
As Product Manager for GREF IDX, you will be responsible for setting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for GREF products - working closely with partner tech teams. You will work closely with partner tech teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive continuous value for GREF and the broader organization. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to interface with and drive cross-functional teams, and a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented with an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of the customer, introducing new ways to manage Amazon's real estate portfolio and employee experience
• Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the GREF IDX product portfolio, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives
• Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders, including executives, to secure buy-in and resources for the GREF IDX product strategy
• Deeply understand the needs of our GREF stakeholders and advocate for the user experience throughout the product development process
• Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders – including technology, product, functional teams, and Executives.
• Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to executives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery including feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a technical or business-related field
- Experience in real estate or workplace industry
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
