About the team
The Global Tech Field Design team supports our tech field by trying to identify their real day-to-day needs as they support AWS customers. We ask questions like, How do we break the bounds of traditional training to provide what's needed in this modern era? What data supports the decisions made up to this point about how to support the tech field? Are we keeping up with the evolving needs of a technical audience? These types of questions keep us from growing stale and remind us that it's always Day 1.
