Your experience with greenfield customers will be highly valued in this position. You'll bring excellent problem-solving and communication skills to the table, along with a strong track record of delivering impactful results. Your expertise in cross-team collaboration, project management, and executive presentations will be crucial for success in this role. A strong record of customer advocacy and influence without authority is important for this role. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a strategic sales, business development, or similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales initiatives
- Experienced and adept at analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, with a proven track record of leveraging complex data interpretation and strong analytical problem-solving skills to optimize sales performance.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Expertise with sales force effectiveness methodologies and best practices, including knowledge of advanced sales technologies and AI-driven sales tools.
- Certification in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling, SPIN)
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages relevant to key markets
- Proven track record in change management, organizational development, and mentoring/developing sales talent.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $284,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
