Key job responsibilities
- People Management: Ensure our global business operations team is staffed with exceptional talent and that they are coached and developed for professional success.
- Opportunity Pipeline and Revenue Management: Deliver pipeline and revenue forecasting reviews to ensure efficient execution in the sales cycle. Scale processes and reporting for continued simplification.
- Business Planning: Provide business analytics and insights that influences strategy/tactics/behavior. Establish and lead meeting cadences to drive short and long term business planning. Deliver a planning process focusing on operating models and establishing the right experiments to address long term opportunities and challenges.
- Scale & Simplify Business Operations: Develop and implement mechanisms to drive continuous improvements across the business, with an emphasis on process automation/elimination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Strategy & Operations to ensure all methodologies, policies, and procedures are scaling to meet the needs of the business.
- Lead initiatives across Business Operations and contribute to ProServe scale globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years’ experience working in a Professional Services Consulting or Sales organization.
-Successful record of accomplishment driving strategy and operations. - Experience managing territory planning for sales organizations.
-Track record of managing complex programs and projects for internal stakeholders.
-Undergraduate degree in business, organizational leadership, or human resource management or equivalent.
-Experience with SFDC or other CRMs, and working knowledge of Financial Force or other PSA platforms.
-Strong communication and writing skills with experience in leading diverse remote teams.
-Proven ability to communicate with business and technical audiences at all levels, including demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and decision makers with business insights, financial analysis, and forecasting.
-Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude and willingness to jump in and get things done.
-Demonstrated experience proactively collaborating cross functionally to identify, diagnose, and solve problems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $157,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
